Romania IPTV provides access to a streaming subscription delivering live channels and on-demand content. The service is delivered through credentials supplied by us after successful payment.

We act as a technical service provider only. We do not host, produce or own the broadcast content available through the service. Channels and content may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them with anyone outside your household.
• Any activity that takes place under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be sharing credentials, reselling the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute or sublicense the service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any part of the service.
• Use the service to infringe intellectual property rights or any applicable law.

5. Payment, Subscriptions and Renewal

All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. If you wish to continue using the service after your plan expires, you will need to place a new order.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before placing an order.

7. Service Availability

We work to provide a stable, high-quality service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, third-party outages or events outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Romania IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the most recent subscription.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
