1. Our Role
Romania IPTV is a technical service provider. We do not host, produce, store or upload any of the audiovisual content accessible through the service. All channels and on-demand titles are delivered from third-party sources outside our control.
If you are a copyright owner (or authorised representative) and believe that material accessible through our service infringes your rights, please follow the procedure below.
2. Filing a DMCA Notice
To submit a takedown request, please send a written notice to our designated agent (see contact below) that includes the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised representative.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. channel name, exact title and approximate date and time).
- Your full contact information: name, address, telephone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may not be actioned. We may forward valid notices to the relevant upstream content provider.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content has been wrongly flagged or removed, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
4. Repeat Infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, suspend or terminate the accounts of users found to be repeat infringers.
5. False Claims
Submitting a false or misleading notice may result in legal liability. Please ensure that your claim is made in good faith and that you have the right to submit it.
