Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for purchases made through Romania IPTV. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Overview
Romania IPTV provides a digital streaming subscription service. Because our service is delivered electronically and access is granted immediately after activation, we operate a strict but fair refund policy.
We strongly encourage you to read the eligibility conditions below before making a purchase. If you have any doubts about whether our service will work for you, please contact our support team first.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be considered for a refund only if the following conditions are met:
2.1 You have not yet received your login credentials or activation, and the service has not been delivered within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase (e.g. within 5 minutes to 2 hours).
2.2 There is a proven technical fault on our side that prevents the service from working on your device, and our support team has been unable to resolve it after a reasonable attempt.
Refunds are at the sole discretion of Romania IPTV. Meeting the above does not guarantee a refund.
3. No Refund Will Be Accepted
Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- You have already received your login details and the service has been activated.
- You have changed your mind after receiving the service.
- Your device, internet connection, or local restrictions prevent access (e.g. ISP blocking, VPN issues).
- You have shared your account or used it in a way that violates our Terms of Service.
- You have not contacted support to resolve a technical issue before requesting a refund.
- More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you meet the eligibility conditions above, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase with the following information:
- Your order number or the email used to place the order
- A clear description of the issue
- Any screenshots, error messages, or evidence supporting your claim
We aim to review every refund request within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will result in immediate suspension of your account and may permanently block you from purchasing our service in the future. Please always reach out to us first; we are committed to resolving issues fairly.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
