  • What is IPTV?
    IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television. It is a way of delivering live TV channels and on-demand video over the internet, instead of through traditional satellite dishes or cable lines.   • What channels are included?
    Every plan includes the full Romanian lineup (Pro TV, Antena 1, TVR 1 / 2 / 3, Digi Sport, Pro Cinema, Kanal D, Prima TV, etc.), the full UK lineup (BBC, ITV, Sky, Channel 4, Channel 5), all major sports networks, and over 20,000 international channels in 4K, FHD and HD.
  • Are movies and series included?
    Yes. The on-demand library has more than 80,000 movies and series in 4K, FHD and HD, and is updated daily with the latest releases. There is no extra charge.
  • Is IPTV Romania UK legal?
    We act as a technical service provider. We do not host or produce any of the broadcast content available through the service. Customers are responsible for using the service in line with local laws and our Terms of Use.
  • What is an M3U playlist?
    An M3U is a simple playlist file that tells your media player which channels to load. We send you one M3U link after activation, which you paste into the app on your device. More about M3U on Wikipedia.
  • Do I need a VPN?
    Most of our customers do not need a VPN. Our servers are hosted in the UK and are optimized for British networks. If your ISP throttles streaming, a VPN can help, but it is not required for the service to work.

Getting up and running

  • Which devices are supported?
    We support every major streaming platform: Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony, Hisense), iPhone & iPad, Android phones & tablets, Amazon Firestick, Roku, MAG boxes, Enigma2, Windows and Mac. See our installation guide for step-by-step setup.
  • How long does activation take?
    Most orders are activated within 5 minutes to 2 hours. We are available 24/7 to make sure your service starts as quickly as possible.
  • Can I keep using my current IPTV app?
    Absolutely. If you already have VLC, IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, GSE Smart IPTV, Perfect Player or any other M3U-compatible app, just paste the M3U link we send you and you are ready to go.
  • Can I use it on more than one device?
    One subscription is intended for one household. You can install the app on multiple devices in your home, but it can only be streaming on one screen at a time. Multi-screen plans are available on request.
  • What internet speed do I need?
    We recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD streaming, 15 Mbps for FHD, and 25 Mbps for 4K. Most UK home broadband connections are well above this.
  • What if I experience buffering?
    Buffering is almost always caused by a slow internet connection or an overloaded Wi-Fi router. Try restarting your router, switching from Wi-Fi to Ethernet, or testing your speed at fast.com. If buffering continues, contact our support and we will investigate immediately.

Pricing & payment methods

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept three payment methods:
    • Bank transfer (recommended) — direct to our UK bank account. Lowest fees, fastest activation.
    • Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin, USDT and other major coins. Private and quick.
    • PayPal — adds +£5 in fees on every plan. Not recommended unless you have no alternative.
  • Why is PayPal more expensive?
    PayPal charges high transaction fees on each payment. To cover those fees we add £5 to every PayPal order. We strongly recommend bank transfer or crypto instead, which keep your price exactly as listed.
  • Are prices in pounds (GBP)?
    Yes. Every plan is listed in British Pounds (£). Crypto payments are billed at the equivalent value at the time of purchase.
  • Are there any hidden fees?
    No. The plan price is what you pay, with the only exception being the optional PayPal fee mentioned above.
  • Do subscriptions auto-renew?
    No, subscriptions never charge you automatically. To make sure you don't miss a beat, we send you a friendly reminder 7 days before your plan ends so you can renew on your own terms.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Refunds are handled case by case under our Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
  • Do you offer a free trial?
    We offer a short trial on request so you can test stream stability before committing. Just message us on WhatsApp.

    No problem. Contact us with the email address you used to order, and we will resend your credentials within minutes.
  • Can I cancel any time?
    Subscriptions don't auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. When your plan expires, simply don't order again.
