One, Two or Three IPTV Subscriptions: Which Do You Need?

The most common question from families is whether they need one, two or three subscriptions. The answer depends on how many people want to watch at the same time.
One subscription
One subscription can be installed on up to three of your devices, such as a living-room Firestick, a bedroom Smart TV and a phone. However, it can play on only one device at a time. This is the default and works well for one viewer.
Two subscriptions
Choose two subscriptions when two screens need to play simultaneously—for example, sport in the living room while another family member watches entertainment in the bedroom. The admin team sends two separate login sets.
Three subscriptions
Three subscriptions provide three separate logins and allow three simultaneous streams. This suits larger households or families using three televisions at the same time.

- You switch between Firestick and phone: one subscription.
- Two televisions play at the same time: two subscriptions.
- Two televisions and one tablet play together: three subscriptions.
Why separate logins matter
Each simultaneous subscription has its own username and password. Keeping each login assigned to a screen makes setup easier and prevents one device from interrupting another.
